This latest trailer shows the climactic moments following the E3 2011 trailer for Assassin’s Creed Revelations. And for those not paying attention, the game arrives November 15.

Initially launched in 2007, the first three Assassin’s Creed games have sold more than 30 million units worldwide, and have continued to evolve (in this writer’s humble opinion), into some of the best storytelling through gaming experiences in the industry.

Riot Games, the company behind League of Legends, just launched League of Legends: Dominion, a brand-new capture-and-hold game mode for the multiplayer online battle arena title. Now available to play in North America and Europe, Dominion claims to be an evolutionary upgrade of the MOBA genre, with faster action and tactical gameplay played on an all-new map, the Crystal Scar.

In Dominion, Summoners battle it out for control of five strategic targets, capturing points from the opposing team and defending them against enemy intrusion. This all takes place within the confines of the Crystal Scar, a highly contested, war-torn mining village featuring new art crafted specifically for the new map.

Dominion is free-to-play now for both new and veteran summoners.

GameMill Entertainment has announced plans to release Moxie Girlz for the Nintendo DS. The title is intended to be a fun-filled imagination game based on the Moxie Girlz brand of fashion dolls. With positive messages like “never give up on your dreams” and “be true to yourself,” it aims to bring not only entertainment, but inspiration to young girls.

Moxie Girlz is set to hit store shelves this holiday season.

Ignited Games is bringing the 2D side-scrolling, multi-player, RPG, WindSlayer 2 to online gamers across North America. Though still gearing up for release, players can now sign-up for their chance to participate in the closed beta test.

WindSlayer 2 takes players on a journey through the world of Beuritania. Featuring colorfully rendered, 3D characters converted to a 2D gameplay experience, the game aims to deliver a dynamic visual presentation. Players must battle their way through Beuritania dealing powerful attack combos to vanquish their foes.

UTV Ignition Games today released this first trailer for Mercury Hg, which launches September 27 ($4.99) on the PlayStation Network and September 28 at the Xbox Live Arcade (400 MS Points).

In the trailer, potential players can see Mercury Hg in motion. Watch as the star of the game, the Mercury blob, makes its way through a series of moving levels based on the Periodic Table of the Elements.

NCsoft is celebrating the two-year anniversary of Aion, by hosting daily community in-game events for current players, and special reactivation activities for those that have not spread their wing in Atreia in recent months. The company is also marking this celebration with an announcement that its Player vs Player-centric 2.7 update will be available on the Play Test Server October 13 and the Live Server October 19.

Starting today, players can participate in Ascension Festival, one of many events scheduled daily throughout the ten-day anniversary celebration. The community team is also running daily contests that can be found in both the forums and on the main website. Players looking to jump back into the game can participate in the Welcome Back Reactivation Celebration through October 2.

Valve just announced new game modes for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Arsenal Mode is based on the Counter-Strike: Source mod Gun Game. Arsenal: Arms Race and Arsenal: Demolition add eight new maps between them. Valve is working directly with the creators of Gun Game to create Arsenal Mode.

Counter-Strike: Global Offense is targeted for release via the PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade, and Steam (for PC and Mac) in early 2012.

Country Dance 2 will feature hits from such stars as Brad Paisley, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Keith Urban, Dierks Bentley and Joanna Smith. The game is slated to launch for the Nintendo Wii this holiday season, and lets you dance and sing along to your favorite country songs. Building upon the gameplay of Country Dance, 2 adds an all new sing-a-long feature, duet dancing, a new calorie-counting exercise mode, and supports up to four players at once.

One week away from its release on PC, A Game of Thrones – Genesis unveils its official trailer. An adaptation of the bestseller series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin, it plunges players into the heart of the continent of Westeros. A Targaryen king is preparing to battle the Houses seeking to claim his Iron Throne. Namco Bandai Games America has approved Dark Souls for production for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. This will enable the game to release on time in North America October 4 and Europe October 7.

Spiritual successor to 2009’s PlayStation 3 exclusive Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls is an action-role playing game developed by FromSoftware. Stricken by an undead curse, players are banished to the northern realms and must battle hideous demons and unimaginable monsters to collect souls and find the Eternal Flame of Life, to survive and cure the curse.

NCIS returned to Primetime last night, but for some of us one hour a week is not enough. That’s why Ubisoft is working on the first ever NCIS video game. The game will be available worldwide for the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, and PC later this fall.

505 Games and developer Kung Fu Factory today announced that Supremacy MMA, is now available in North America for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Supremacy MMA brings the brutality of unsanctioned, amateur and unlicensed MMA fighting to gaming, and fans can follow the rise of several fighters and their individual stories as they work toward supremacy. Created with an arcade style, the game provides players the opportunity to stylistically dispatch their opponents.
