Angry Birds developer Rovio has been in talks with Hollywood studios about a possible film version of the popular game. MSNBC reports that in an interview with Reuters, Chief Executive Mikael Hed said he has ambitions not only to see the game translated to the silver screen, but he’d like to turn it into a fully fledged entertainment brand in the same way that Pixar has done with Toy Story. “We want to go beyond games,” Hed said.
