Picture from Avault gets a makeover

As you’ve probably noticed by now, we have relaunched the forums, changed the front page, and in general, given ourselves a makeover. This is all in an effort to make the site more interactive and appealing to YOU our readers. I use the term reader, as that’s what most of you have been in the past, but times are changing.

The new Adrenaline Vault is looking for you to step closer to your keyboard and join in. Yes, we’re still looking for comments, but we’re also looking for debate and discussion of the world of gaming. In the coming months, we’ll be adding columns to our front page, and you’ll be able to ask questions and address our staff directly in not just the forums, but right there on the front page as well. If you want to know about a game, we’ll do our best to get it reviewed. If you’re looking for walk-throughs, trailers or just want to talk about games and gaming, we’ll be there to lend an ear. So sit back, but don’t relax. Tell us what you want, and our staff will be manning their blogs, articles and the forums to respond.

Oh one more thing! We just reactivated our comment system. We inadvertently left them off after we finished the site update.

I do this at Angel’s request. He promised money, so you should, too!

Thanks Angus… your penny is in the mail. ;-)

I hope we start to see a lot more discussions going on in these comment fields. I always love reading a story and then seeing what people have to say about it.

It’s a good first step. I can’t wait to see the final product!

So far so good but we still need PS3 reviews

michelewhite | March 25th, 2009 at 7:37 AM Permalink to this Comment

Agreed – though we do have some PSN reviews “in process”. Look for Flower early next week.

eh? PS3 reviews? We need PS3 to start putting out PS3 exclusive games that are worth buying (MLB the Show kicks arse). And Angel I prefer paypal. thanks

What happened to all your classic game reviews? I can’t find them anymore, even though Google says they were here.

Kit – Your question was answered on our forums. See: http://forums.avault.com/showpost.php?p=320&postcount=2

I really despise the new format. I can’t search for games by platform, even? This is just horrible. I will visit you guys again in a couple of months to see if you have changed anything but if not, I will find my reviews elsewhere.

Hi John, you can navigate using the platform specific reviews, like: http://www.avault.com/reviews/ps3/ , here you can access all the ps3 reviews.

But, what game you’re searching for? Did you try our search box (upper right), no results?
