Picture from Bjorn invades World of Warcraft

Imagine this scenario, if you can: You’re just about to wield your +3 Leather Implement of Whipness against a strangely compliant elf maiden when your mind is flooded with the strains of the final movement of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony and you have an overpowering need for Extreme Fever. Not the swine flu — Peggle! Well, Blizzard and PopCap have anticipated your needs and have brought the savagely addictive pachinko game to World of Warcraft. The 8mb downloadable addon to WoW allows you to interrupt your adventures in Azeroth at any time by simply typing /peggle in the WoW interface. You only get two of the full game’s Peggle Masters (Bjorn or Splork), but you also get 12 levels based on various WoW locations and a unique way for guild mates to divide up the spoils of war: a Peggle battle can decide which of you gets the goodies. Peggle joins another PopCap hit, Bejeweled, the addon for which was introduced to World of Warcraft some time ago.
