Cryptic Studios is polishing up its Resistance content for Champions Online, featuring a new story, new locations and rewards, according to a blurb on Massively/Joystiq. The latest Resistance adventure pack transports players and their superhero alter-egos through a dimensional portal and into a dark and dystopian Millennium City called Multifaria, where evil calls the shots. Outlawed superheroes are humanity’s only hope. Players will need to suit up and rescue the imprisoned leader of an underground resistance movement to set the wheels of change in motion. Resistance and all Champions adventure packs feature level-scaling content that allows up to 40 players to tackle the challenges either solo or in groups.
