Crytek announced today that it has acquired Bulgaria-based Black Sea Studios Ltd. Under the terms of the acquisition, Black Sea Studios will become Crytek Black Sea, a wholly owned studio. Black Sea Studios development team will remain in Sofia, Bulgaria. Financial terms were not disclosed.
