Dragon Age: Origins is now available on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. The game introduces a dark and gritty approach to the fantasy genre where players must make ruthless decisions and be willing to sacrifice their friends and loved ones for the greater good of mankind. Several downloadable content packs are also available, including Warden’s Keep, The Stone Prisoner and the Blood Dragon Armor.

The Stone Prisoner gives players access to more environments, items, hours of additional gameplay and the mighty stone golem Shale who can become one of the most powerful party members. The Warden’s Keep provides players with another dungeon-exploring adventure, more loot that includes a set of ancient Grey Warden armor, a chance to gain two of six mysterious abilities, a base of operations that comes complete with merchants and a party chest in which to store their hard-earned items. In addition, the Blood Dragon Armor, is a set of themed armor that gives players additional protection in combat and will be available for use in both Dragon Age: Origins and in Mass Effect 2.

Players who previously downloaded the Dragon Age: Origins Character Creator to create their player character can now bring their hero to life in Dragon Age: Origins for PC.

Well? Did anyone play? In the Avault Steam group I saw someone log a few hours of this. How is it? Tell us!

Why no review? or really any info at all? Maybe someone can tell us there WILL be a review at sometime in the future?

We have Ed Humphries lined up to do it, but so far that particular EA rep hasn’t shown us any love. I’d give it another week, though, before we give up completely. :(
