Picture from Dream Chronicles: The Book of Air gets a release dateStep into a world where reality and fantasy are one. PlayFirst has announced that June 24 will be the launch date for Dream Chronicles: The Book of Air – The Collector’s Edition. Kicking off a new trilogy and story arc in the Dream Chronicles series, this new chapter follows Lyra, as she travels through an alternate dimension on a mysterious quest to restore time and reunite with her family and friends.

Picking up on the cliff hanger ending of the previous game, Dream Chronicles: The Book of Air introduces new gameplay elements. For the first time, players will take the helm of a flying airship, and navigate the mystical landmarks of this off-kilter world. As Lyra, the half human, half fairy daughter of Faye, the central character of the original trilogy, Lyra has access to special powers that her human mother did not have. By collecting Dream Pieces, Lyra’s powers help her unravel the puzzles in her path, giving her abilities necessary for her quest.
