Like dressing up? Like fighting monsters? Double Fine Productions and THQ have announced that they will be releasing a new game, Costume Quest later in the year. Due to arrive at the Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network, the title is an Adventure/RPG cooked up from the wild imagination of the studio’s lead artist, Tasha Harris. The game revolves around a group of kids who must rid the neighborhood of monsters, using only their wits, bravery and dress-up costumes. Players can collect candy, points, cards, battle stamps and quest assignments by knocking on doors, while preparing for Combat Mode where they appear as larger-than-life versions of their costumes which have their own unique powers to battle the monsters. So prepare your candy bags and choose your outfits!
