For some reason I couldn’t get the entry page to submit using IE 8 and Win 7 (64). I didn’t spend much time to figure out why other then try three computers that had that setup. I used Firefox and the submission went with no hitch.

The rules state that the giveaway is open to residents of “North America” which includes USA, USA possessions and Canada. In other words everywhere that Play N Trade has stores, which is understandable as they are a primary sponsor and promoter of the giveaway.
