Aspyr Media and Activision Publishing have teamed up once again to rock the computer gaming world with the announcement of Guitar Hero World Tour for Windows PC and Mac. Transforming music gaming by expanding Guitar Hero’s signature guitar gameplay into a cooperative band experience, Guitar Hero World Tour for PC and Mac offers wireless controllers, new online and offline gameplay modes and a Music Studio feature for composing and editing original music. Guitar Hero World Tour includes 86 on-disc tracks from music legends such as The Eagles, Van Halen, Metallica, and The Doors and features in-game appearances by world famous artists such as Ozzy Osbourne.

I wonder how many copies of each of these they will make. I know GH3 came out for the Mac but I don’t think it sold too well. I just don’t think these games would sell well on either platform.

Agree. Rocking out in front of your desktop just isn’t nearly as cool as rocking out in front of the big screen.

i bought GH3 for pc and i loved it, Untill i found that you cant get any new Official songs for it at all, and aspyre this time (as aspyre are the same company that ported the Xbox game to the pc and mac for GH3) say it’s a MAYBE….wtf? maybe??????? hell they have already said that you can make songs….but you cant trade or share them…WTF!!!!
