Paradox Interactive has released the externally developed Hearts of Iron II expansion, Iron Cross, which is available via digital download under the Europa Engine projects label. Developed by Irshappa, the expansion introduces an overhauled map with 4,000 new provinces, fresh scenarios, and an extended playtime that now stretches from 1933 to 1964. New units and brigades, additional historical events, an improved AI and new technology tree have all been incorporated in an effort to ensure elevate the gameplay experience.
