The Nintendo DS and the Playstation Portable have been banned from use on all Japanese airlines. Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has determined that the wi-fi signals put out by these handheld gaming devices could be harmful to the plane’s navigational systems. Laptops weren’t mentioned in the ban, despite having wi-fi capabilities themselves. Older gaming devices, which don’t use wi-fi, will still be allowed on the flights.
What does this mean for you? Well, nothing, unless you’re planning a trip to Japan. If you are headed to Japan, I suggest bringing a book, so you won’t have to suffer through the in-flight movie, Last Holiday, starring Queen Latifah and LL Cool J. After sitting through half of it on a flight to Vegas, I found myself less opposed to the idea of a plane crash.

That’s pretty damn funny. I loved the last line Jason.
This doesn’t suprise me. It is a pretty good idea.
Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than just your articles?
I mean, what you say is fundamental and all.
Nevertheless think about if you added some great images or
videos to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with pics and videos, this blog could certainly be one of the best in its field.
Good blog!
