Silverlode Interactive today revealed their latest product, SAGA Tactics, and launched its official website, www.sagatactics.com. SAGA Tactics will allow players using an iPhone to compete against opponents on either a PC or a MAC. A master database will store rankings and user data, allowing players to access their armies no matter where they are or what device they choose for play.

Entry into the closed beta will be granted first to participants on the Tactics Alpha forums. Silverlode is inviting potential players to visit the forums linked on the Alpha side and provide feedback on troop design.

SAGA Tactics will be a free game in which items, including troops, weapons, armor and enchants can be purchased using gold earned while playing. Gold will be granted for winning PvP battles and sold through the SAGA store for real cash. The game will initially sell for $1.99 in the Apple Store; however, account creation on the PC and MAC will be free.
