Sony is expanding a new program to help consumers recycle their original Playstation consoles at 75 stations around the U.S. The program costs a small fee and is similar to initiatives started by Apple, Dell and HP. Gamers might have trouble finding these stations, however, as they’re spread unevenly throughout the U.S. Even though there is only one station in California. there are 19 in Minnesota. Thirty-two states have no stations. Sony says they will double the number of drop-off points this year, and hope to put at least one station in every state. You can find more information on Sony’s recycling website.
