Which contrasts with their intended thumb and two fingers bitten off box art for Left 4 Dead 2. It appears that the original promo art has been censored by the ESRB. Left 4 Dead 2 will introduce new, more violent melee combat options that will let players massacre the undead with axes, baseball bats, and chainsaws. All of which was fine with the ESRB. The second game will feature new survivors, boss zombies, weapons, and items, and will be much bigger than the first game (having more co-op and versus maps). I am biting my nails in anticipation….well the two I have left that is.
