Picture from Tomb Raider details starting to trickle

Square Enix has announced that a new Tomb Raider title will be coming to a PC or console near you somewhat soonish!

After a brutal storm destroys the boat she was traveling on, a frightened young woman washes ashore on an unknown beach. On her own, but not alone, she has but one goal – survive. The adventure is alleged to be our twenty-one year-old heroine’s first, and is being written as an origins story to explain how she became the Lara we all know and love. Rumors are even circulating that it will incorporate a multiplayer component, but what we know for sure right now is the lock-on targeting system has been eliminated, specific weapons are still in evolution, motion capture will be utilized, and you will have to gather food and water or die!

Sounds sexy. Could be “Angelina Jolie in Wanted” sexy if they do it right.

I just realized the title includes the phrase “starting to trickle”, then I made a comment about the sexual nature of Tomb Raider, and Vapus referenced milking something.

Good job team!
