MeanFreePath has announced the release of the Vendetta update for the social crime MMO, Turf Wars. Vendettas are a unique tool that allows lower level players to compete with established players for turf and resources. Players can now band together to protect themselves and lay down some hurt on their neighborhood rivals!

Becoming the Capo of a big city is more just than mob & weapons – it takes ruthless strategy and total domination, and Vendettas add another powerful tool to your arsenal for control of your city.” says Nick Baicoianu, founder of MeanFreePath and creator of Turf Wars.

Turf Wars is a crime based MMO that takes advantage of GPS on the Apple iPhone and iPod Touch. Take control of your very own Turf, level up and attack other players, using real-world territory through an interactive map.
