Picture from Volition moves on from Red Faction

THQ has called it quits on the Red Faction series due to declining interest. Develop Online reports that the team responsible for development of the titles, Illinois-based Volition, will continue on, and now move on to collaborate with Guillermo del Toro on the Insane project. Though THQ did announce lay-offs for Volition in March, it does not appear that the 200 member team was significantly reduced.
